Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this site. By using this site, you signify your agreement with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the below Terms of Use, do not use this site.

Trademarks, Copyrights and Restrictions

All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, is protected by intellectual property laws and are owned and controlled by Red Intuition or by other parties that have licensed their material to Red Intuition. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Red Intuition hereby authorizes the user of the site to view, print, copy and distribute information published by Red Intuition on this site and related Critical Mass sites that may be published from time to time (RI Sites), provided that: (i) the information may be used internally (by the user or any third party to whom the user distributes it) only for informational purposes; (ii) no fee may be charged for distribution of any information to any third party; and (iii) any and all copyright or other proprietary notices that appear on the RI Sites, must appear on all copies that you make or distribute. Your terms of use do not grant to you a license hereunder to otherwise use, copy, distribute or transfer the materials on the RI Sites. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary rights. Jurisdictional Issues

This site is controlled and operated by Red Intuition from its offices in Singapore. Red Intuition makes no representation that materials on RI Sites are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any action you, any third party or Red Intuition bring to enforce this agreement or, in connection with, any matters related to the RI Sites shall be brought only in the courts of the Republic of Singapore, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except by Red Intuition.
